How to Gain Emeralds with Ease!

First tip: Look for loot chests wherever you are near, whether you are grinding or doing quests. They contain emeralds, and on your time in Wynncraft you should be able to collect 500+ loot chests.

Second tip: Find any double loot servers, for if you find loot chests, you get double the loot. Also FYI, double xp servers also work, because as you know when you grind you get emeralds, so killing a mob can get you double the emeralds/loot as you would get from a mob you killed in a normal xp server. P.S. You get more xp on a server with less people. (Also, if you want, buy some GC to support the Wynncraft community and yourself! GC can buy you double xp and double loot bombs!)

Third tip: Look for special events made by the Wynncraft community and ALSO by fellow Wynncrafters! Look for special events like occassional double xp weeks/weekends and discounts in the store! Also, I know of many fellow friendly Wynncrafters who have done special events for the whole community to participate in! Random giveaways are also special events, if you enter you may have a chance to win!

Fourth tip: Make a lot of friends. This was kinda my strategy, may not work for ya, but for me, having a lot of friends was beneficial. You'll know what's going on in the end, they will support you all the way through, help you with quests, dungeons, grinding, etc, and even provide you with bombs. Thank you to ALL MY FRIENDS (I can't mention all of them, there's 100+ of them), but especially to @BE_EM_OH for always being there for me since the beginning up till now.

Fifth and Final tip: Use your money wisely. Stay away from buying anything in the trade market unless you have given up trying to find an item. Also, I recommend you should bargain when you buy and increase prices when you sell, but seriously, this is Wynncraft, a very friendly community, so please, seriously, DO NOT GO OVERBOARD. I mean, for example, it would be reasonable if you bought a black horse for 2 le and sold it for 2.5 le, but a sage for 10+ le? That's overboard. I've seen many people do that on the forums, and I discourage it. You can still bump up the prices a bit, and not that much. Use your money wisely.

That's why, as I stated on top, when my highest class was a lvl 50 mage, I had 26 le! I never gave in an item just because I wanted it. Also, I didn't care about id's, only the item itself, but now that Gavel is out...

 

How did you manage to get 20 freaking 6 at 50 O-O. I'm almost level 60 and I'm at like 10 LE.

Honestly, I don't understand why people think getting emeralds is so hard now.
Back in the good ole' days, you were selling diamond armor to an item buyer for a fixed price of 7-10 emeralds, and it never depended on rarity or IDs. Now that's what Hardcore is in my book.

 

.... That... Didn't happen when I played, which was the beginning of May 2014
Back then, clean endgame was 15+ LE apiece.

 

My only class (52) has barely saved up 2 le. I'll have to see these tips :P

 

@Tyralion said it was worth 7-10 emeralds to an item buyer, not to other players lol.

 

You kind of forgot being a Mage. They don't have to spend money on potions. Result: way more emeralds than your friends >:D

Correct, because if any other class, whether archer, warrior, or assassin, wants to get to level 100 at a moderate pace, they would have to spend at least 1 le for potions. My main class is mage too! I may put that as a side note later on :)
