Any Armour/accessories That Give +attack Speed?

Is there any accessories or armour that give +attack speed tiers? (Besides clock boots)

forgot the name but there is a lvl 96 or so rare chestpalte that gives +1 tier attack speed and some nice melee damage boost alltho it gives negative spell damage

Let's see...The Mummy's Rag gives an attack speed boost, but it is very low-level. Electrocharge Greaves give attack speed at the cost of a lot of health and defense...Breezehands is a ring obtainable from the Hive Shop which increases attack speed tier but severely lowers basic attack damage. You need to spend a special voucher to obtain it, however...lastly, the Chestplate of Ineptitude makes your spells practically useless, but increases attack speed and melee damage significantly. Those are the items I remember offhand that increase attack speed tier.

 

I believe there's more hive things that give +attack speed...

 

There are not. Cinderchain REDUCES attack speed in exchange for many other heavy buffs, however.

What about Cancer? It gives +8 to +12-ish attack speed tier in exchange for all but nullifying damage on either end of the spectrum.
