What's The Best Random Player Encounter You've Had

My best two would probably be when I was in the jungle, went afk for a bit, and later came back to a L27 asking me to get him to detlas. Apparently he'd gotten there by riding some high level guy, then going afk, and finding himself in the jungle when he came back. He sat on my head and we rode to Detlas.

We're friends now! :D







The second best one is when I travelled to Gavel for the first time. I went by the mountains that lead from Ragni to Llevigar, and on my way I met a guy with the same class as me, and same level as me. Keep in mind this wasn't a very crowded server (about 20 people), so it felt special :D

 

There's two.
The first would be when I met @kategajda and her friend SoccerSpitz in the jungle a little less than two years ago when I was about level 56. They were about level 25 and trying to get a troms scroll for that one quest. I offered help and they (rather rudely D:) denied. Later they messaged me, and we became really good friends. I'm still in contact with both of them and we are in the same guild.

The second would be when I was level 75, and trying to do ToA. I was helped by @Kuroi who then proceeded to invite me to the guild he was in: HoL. Eventually I moved up the ranks and am now the owner of this guild (after a power struggle between a certain other guild owner). I love HoL and guilds so much now, and without him I wouldn't be into guilds. Thanks Kuroi :D

 

1. I just got done with ToL the previous day, so I obviously was farming there, so, outside of the temple, a guy needed help, so I walked him through ALL of the quest, after he finished, I invited him to my guild, and now we help each other with quests. (We did Realm of Light together)
2. This one is more funny, but two noobs were walking near Detlas, and they asked what the GoK meant on my name, they are now in my guild.

it was great

 

I saw J6 on a horse with people on his head, and I ran up to them and caught up somehow, and hopped on.

 

When I met @Drew1011 , he thought he was the better Drew :.)

 

So I met @TotallyNamed in cinfras one day, and we were talking, and apparently he goes to my old school and knows my best friend.

Once I was in Detlas and there was a guy slowly but surely making his way towards the bank in a BOAT. Just casually sliding through Detlas.

It was a beautiful sight.

I met ganny, broteng, and tantibusat the same once in Cinfras.

 

I met some guy at the Gavel border before the update, he never really saw me though. I acted like a spy and just kept following him until he noticed me, and said, "were you sneaking up behind me this whole time?"

- "yes"

- "carry on"

 

Once I was going to Nemract from Detlas, and I came across an archer having a hard time with some zombies, so I helped ! Now we chat on Skype, and I help her from time to time for quest (brought her to Gavel yesterday in fact, she's never been there)

 

I met @Amplitude yesterday in Nesaak bank :p

I was walking in Nesaak (A while before Gavel, a bit after 1.3 update I think?), and saw a guy looking for a way to the House of Twain. I gladly said yes to help him and we were on our way. Right before we got there, I noticed a giant ice skull, then asked him if he's seen it before, and a level 70 guy comes up and answers "No, seems new to me." He offered a proposal to explore together since it could be a high-level thing or something. It turned out to be the new Ice mini-dungeon, and we committed group suicide after we learned the puzzle was broken. But in the hour (Yes, 60 minutes trying to solve it) we became best friends :D

 

Someone gave me a free max dalaam, best encounter with a random player EVER!

 

I was on the forums, when I first met @Haiman123 . She is my favorite person ever, and I hope that one day we can be best friends.

 

One time I was wandering around Ragni when I met a guy. We started talking and everything, but then he said "alot" and obviously I corrected him. The following five minutes I spent getting only a little too familiar with his vocabulary of swear words.

 

@Sean , you seem to be misunderstanding the point of this thread. It's about your best random player encounter, not your best random NPC encounter. And besides, Lacrona isn't that random, she's always there.
