    I am no Moderator, but with the bunch of new features added by 1.9, and especially the new combat-system,
    it is probaly going to take a while, maybe even longer than that, since great parts of e.g the spell-system would've to be re-worked.

    Of course we'll update to 1.9 one of these days. When exactly will that happen? Not entirely sure, but hopefully soon.

    It will take a long while before we start thinking about upgrading to 1.9 It takes a lot of effort to transfer the code over, along with the fact that we want to push a few more updates before upgrading.
