Hacks Vs Super Speed Bonus?

    Ok, so I know that there are speed hackers in all server that increase their speed. But I was also wondering about how they would know which is a speed hacker or a guy with 100%+ speed bonus with speed III from archer. So I'm going for a speedy assassin a build and I don't want to get accused for "speed hacking" Would appreciate if Mods/Admins reply

    well we have a usefull tool for that sooooo you don't have to worry about it, unless you are hacking of course
