think about how much time it takes you to run from ragni to almuj, that's around 1000 blocks which are around 1000 meters, personally I run 1 km in under 3.5 minutes. the in game player can run really fast so distances seem small.
also, I can see almuj from detlas, they aren't no far from each other. the whole map is really small.

Look you've just repeated the same thing like 3 times, you can stop now. To you maybe it looks bigger, to me it looks and feels pretty accurate. In any case, no matter how it "seems", the fact remains that it's only about 18 square kilometers.

Seems really small for such a lore filled place, I mean 1 km between Ragni and Almuj literally makes the Wynncraft cities seem overly close together.

Because a small place can't have a big history? What's the logic here? 1 kilometer is still quite a bit of space you know. Plenty enough to fit all of this.

I gave this example in the sb yesterday, just from looking from my window I can see 7 holy sites to 4 religons, an underground Templar hall, two seaports, an airport and at least one million people. small places can have a lot of lore, the size doesn't matter.

I already covered this in a reply, it could be a cause of afterimage.

If a meteor was 5 kilometers away it would already be inside the atmosphere. Are you saying there is conveniently a meteor there each time a meteor is cast...?

I already covered that in the thread :P

So you assume the provinces we know of are the entirety of the Wynncraft planet? It could just be a continent, maybe the size of Australia or something :P

They are the entirety of Wynncraft. There is nothing but the realms and provinces we know. For now.

In that case Wynncraft would be classified as a stray asteroid in the asteroid belt :/

Meteor would be suicide. Therefore it's balanced.

I would assume that they have control of their chromatophores, thus being able to go Kid-Chameleon for a few seconds.

This is an aside, so, people, don't break the thread to comment on my comment.
If I put myself in my flying saucer, can I come visit? This sounds like such a cool place. Maybe a bit of friction among the people of various religions, but the view must be incredible.

"At altitudes equal to the radius of the Earth, 6378 kilometers or so, the force drops to 1 / 4 to what it is on the surface but it is not zero."
The acceleration due to gravity is ~9.8 ms^-2. 1/4 of that is ~2.45 ms^2, slower than the rate of global warming.

Also it extends to as far as the fabrics of space exists (possibly to the end of the universe).

How are you comparing an acceleration to a rate? ~2.45ms^s to 0.7C/century? Apples to wheat?

    Emphasis mine:
The moon's gravity is ~1/6th that of the Earth's and is considerable, enough. A gravity of 1/4 Earth is not "too small to have an effect", therefore, a distance of 6378km is far too limiting for your calculations. You have a lot more distance to use, if you want to use it. As any calculation that you make, here, is based on an arbitrary distance, as it must be, you could use a considerably longer distance, if you chose to. You aren't limited to 1/4g, though going as far as 1/100thg would make the acceleration a lot less magical.

I'm no scientist or mathematician, but could this be time magic as well as gravity manipulation? If you redirect the meteor using gravity manipulation, then it would start heading towards the spot, and if you use time magic, then you can make it speed up to the point where it reaches your area. It would also explain heal, where the wounds on your body speed up and close.

Meteors are only considered possible for impact if it is in this range. Further distances will be considered an influence on the body, rather than direct impact.
