When You Grind For Hours And Get This In A Tier I Loot Chest

So I was grinding in the Canyon of the Lost and was on my way to Ozoth's Spire. I have been grinding for two hours and I didn't get a single Legendary. Then I find this in a Tier I Loot Chest. :(

I sometimes get better loot from tier I chests than tier III :/

 

Same happened to me with a mythic, except i was grinding for 12 hours

 

Where did you get that chest and what level are you?
Please tell the coordinate for the chest X, Y and Z

 

Judging from your comment, I'm gonna tell you this:

Your level affects the level range of loot found in loot chests.
Loot chest loot are randomized, so you don't always get the same pair of legendary boots everytime.

Got a tidebinder in a loot chest I even though I was Lvl 83 at that time lol.

 

I don't think its the case for every tier of loot chest though, or else I wouldn't be able to farm Jester Bracelets around Cinfras since I'm level 84

Actually, I find that so many loot chests give me items around the level of the area they are in.

 

I once opened a teir 3 loot chest and got half a stack of emeralds, and then immediately broke a pot with a rare wand -_-

 

Loot Chests:
"Oh boy! A Loot Chest 4 I bet it'll contain some ma- oh it's just a few emeralds."

"Oh, a loot chest 1, I bet it'll only contain so- HOLY MOLY OMG MY FIRST EVER MYTHIC!"
*ID's Mythic
"OMG IT'S A MYTHIC I CAN IMMEDIATELY USE FOR MY CLASS AND IS A MASSIVE BUFF TO MY BUILD!"

For clarity, no, I don't have a Mythic Dagger; nor have I found a Mythic in a Loot Chest 1.

and then there's me, finding 20 emeralds in a Tier 4...

I just realized this is a MAJOR like farm. Like my farm for dayz!!!

 

And here I am, finding a random legendary in a no-streak daily reward.... I guess I'm pretty lucky.
