(music Request!) In Need Of A Good Music Maker Dude Guy, Will Pay In Art

So, I've been trying to figure out music theory and all of these different programs, but it's not happenin'. I would like a music pls.

I would like to have a main melody somewhere along the lines of this

and have it follow a pattern something like this

(yes i know it's undertale shhhhh that's not important)

I would kinda like it to be SNES style too.

Yeah, but... I really suck at writing actual music, and this thing is the only thing dumbed down enough to use. I would really like someone with actual skill to write it.
