Where Do You Get Water Bottles?

I'm currently doing the quest "Underwater" and one of the objectives is to get a water bottle. A few months ago you could simply drink a potion and use the bottle you end up with to get some water from the nearby ocean. However, this doesn't seem to be working. So, where can I get a water bottle to complete this quest?

There is a Water Bottle Merchant found at Ragni's northern gate, which is to your left upon exiting the Castle.

They drop Glass Bottles, not water bottles.
Glass bottles cannot be used to get water bottles.

 

Go to Ragni, and go left (path to Katoa Ranch) and there is a water bottle merchant on the way.

 

How far do I go? I walked all the way to beach and there was nothing. Could you give me coordinates?

Just head left from the centre of ragni, you should see it lol

 

It is inside Ragni, near the wheat merchant.
