This is very well organized! As a wiki editor myself, I can say that this is all useful information. Me, personally, I just copy the tables from other pages and change them.

 

Apparently the nowiki stuff gets rid of the return feature of the code, which destroys the code the wiki user would want to use.

Are you saying that the <nowiki></nowiki> isn't working? I used it on part of your post, then deleted it, and it worked fine.

 

It works fine, but with the parts that use multiple lines such as the boxes for the corners, they appear in a paragraph form, which ruins their point for the user.

 

Can those sections be copied and put in as images?

 

They could, but I don't feel like putting that much work into that today...I think at this point I'm good on wiki code writing for today, but I can create the page tommorow.

 

Sounds like a plan to me.

What it should look like, just so others can get the general idea:

If you fail to end it properly by doing either a |- or not ending it at all, I used this code:

Notice how I didn't finish the code, so what I got was this:

That's why you always finish your code, a |- at the end would look similar, but always end with a |}

Most pages will use | align=center | for that, you could align right with | align=right | but I don't see why you would want to do that.

Because there've been a lot of spam-attacks

 

Wouldnt you just be able to get a bot to undo edits from the IP?
