Here is a quick video of me soloing Death as a mage. ToA has been my favourite quest so far :D

Soloed him my first try with archer Az build somehow to!

 

Nicee... I had to duo... one had to hold off Chained Beast... while I went for da kill.

Only tried before Gavel, ended up killing him for fun so I have 31 of the Crystal Shards he drops :3

I killed Death with my Ethereal, while @Ryguy killed all other bosses (I really only needed the Chained Beast to be distracted, all others were simple.)

I bet you he will reply with "suuuuuuureee."

 

Movement speed does help against Death since her minions are pretty speedy and seem to do more damage than Death itself.

 

Multi-hit (Death's attack) does no damage because of a glitch that honestly may never be fixed, Death can really only hit you when you get close.
And the Chained Beast is just stupid...

It's shown that Death has a wife, some believe that the wife is ToA's Death.

If you enjoyed ToA you should really like The Hive, its personally one of my favorite quests.

 

Before Gavel Death and the multihit bugs and stuff Death could easily one shot a full endgame clad warrior with 70 def and 50+ in agility, i mean easily as in you get touched by multihit in the first few seconds of the multihit your dead.
