Quests Broken Everywhere

The quest The Ultimate Weapon is broken as Whetstones no longer spawn in. Also in the Eye of the Storm quest, the 5 talismans to weaken Narigath aren't obtainable as the mobs (heirophants) no longer spawn, and these are just the first 2 quests I've tried since the 14.0.9 update.

 

2 =/= every quest/everywhere

In other words, the admins know about it.

 

Not only are quest items not spawning, but quest npcs aren't spawning as well. I tried doing /class and coming back in, then tried changing servers, it still doesn't work. I can see the sparkly particle effect around the npc, but the npc doesn't appear. This means you can't talk to them to start/proceed on quests.

 

is friendlist broken for you too ( not showing online people on lobby or in the servers)

 

I can't do WynnExcavation Site D because Chief Amadel (yes I know who he is) won't speak to me :/

 

I think its broken for everyone.

 

I think finding the light is also broken. I have a volt goat horn and taproot and the guardian of the forest wont respond. Also he has no nametag

 

Quest NPC's have gone missing... now, the mobs and vital quest Items have gone missing... Oh my, whats next?

You people are SO needy. Let them have a break, all they do is stand around waiting for you to level up to do their 30 minute quest.
