Checking Stat Maxes On Items

    So, often on the trade market, people are always saying stuff like "2% off max walk speed Aries!", and the items with closer to max identifications usually sell for a lot more. However, I am not sure how you would check such a thing.

    I've heard some things, but I checked them this morning, and it confused me, and I was looking for clarification.

    Check the item guide, and find the average ID for the item. Multiply that by 1.3, and then you get your max ID.

    1= Average IDs

    Positive IDs: 0.3-1.3
    Negative IDs: 0.7-1.3

    Timing an average ID by 1.3 will give the max results for an ID.
