Finally an answer? sort of? We've been asking about it for so long and only now we get the answer "we're working on it" and no compensation for the items we lost due to no fault of our own? We lost them due to JOINING THE GAME, not being stupid.

I thank you for at least answering though. That's a lot better than all the other staff did.

Me: *loses legendary pants due to bug*
Me: *teleports when I do /class due to bug*
Me: *can't /msg due to bug*
Me: *can't use bank due to bug*
Me: *throws computer at wall due to bug*

 

The no-refund policy still stands. In addition, what I was told is that they were simply improving some back-end server things to make crashes happen less. From my perspective, it was nothing that needed to be spread and due to a few certain individuals...you know who you are...near constantly spamming me with inane questions expecting me to explain the game down to its most granular function to them on a whim, I have grown tired of people messaging me with questions that they do not need answered. I apologize for answering so bluntly.

 

It's ok, I was being a nusance (That word is at least phonetically correct) to you by messaging so much, I'm just mad that it took this long to get an answer about a huge bug that has caused SO MANY PLAYERS to lose SO MANY ITEMS, and the only answer we got was "we're working on it." No compensation for what was lost, not even an apology. Some people, like me, even had proof of the item, and still can't get it back.

Lucky me , my armor requires no stats

 

I havent played yesterday because of this bug devastating me a number of times. I'm just gonna hang in the forums until they fix it coz i know my gear has a chance to "drop/disappear" in all 4 of my classes & given the no refund policy & expensive market, i cant risk it. I appreciate the risk you took playing, and sorry you had to loose gear.
