I originally thought Gale's tomb could be up there, but then it was found. So I stopped caring about it. But if the web lets you go up there, perhaps something else interesting is up there...

As far as I have been able to go, the web doesn't let us get up to the top, flat, rim. I was up there about two weeks ago, coming over the mountains. At that time, there was nothing there of note. I don't believe that I have been up there since the map update, and I believe that there is a glass ceiling up there, now. Well, lets see if we can get over the top of the mountains and to the edge of the hive, still. I'll give it a shot, tomorrow.

Oh! That's what you meant. OK. True, it doesn't lead anywhere right now, except to a 2x2 flat square that abuts against a corner in the mountains. I said that in my monologue in the pictures. It's also true that there is no where else on the entire web that I have found where there is a 2x2 flat square, just sitting there. Which I why I said that I wonder if something is going to be up with that place, and that I'm going to keep checking it, whenever I know that there is a map update.

BTW, that bit with the 2x2 square also has a frame of polished andesite in the wall making a square. Pretty sure it's a doorway.

So obviously, the spider up top is important.

 

The spider itself is, but whatever is up there, probably not. So that spider can easily hold a connection with something big.

 

I dont mean to be rude or anything, but Qira is a mistress. She's a concubine. The real deal is probably that giant spider. Hoarding all the ladies and "playing with them". It is also possible that Qira used to be some kind of spider, but simply mutated.
