I got one hint from a passerby player, and that one hint gave everything away (it was literally a single word).

Wait thinking about it, if Dogovi Mansion is in Dogovi, and Dogovi requires the completion of The Belly Of The Beast, a level 82 quest, then ??? would require level 82, not 80, which wouldn't make sense.

 

I'll give you a hint, it's probably in the minecraft server wynncraft

 

Dogovi Mansion is Dogovi house 77 (presumably, because it looks like a mansion) which is just outside of the Dogovi borders, I believe I went there at lvl 63 to do a ??? party.
Yes, Pretzule has said it is in Dogovi Mansion.
No, I will not confirm nor deny this fact.
