Why You Dislike Ordo Malleus And What Can We Improve?

I hate ordo malleus because this Hyprosis guy is in it

 

I agree.

 

I don't like ordo because when I was in a guild, every time we took some territory, it would be taken back instantly.

 

That's not really our fault. We just so happen to have a lot of high leveled, dedicated members, who love to do wars. Let me tell you a story.

Back when I first joined HoL, I absolutely hated Legio. I thought that Legio should disband, and every guild should get land! After a while, I realized this wouldn't happen, so I worked hard to raise the guild up, and become good enough to contend with the top guilds. After a while, KnV and Imp left Legio, and it was just Fuq and TNA. Fuq started to notice us, and eventually we were made Fuq's subguild, then ally, and then ally in Ordo Malleus.
The moral of the story is that you won't get anywhere by complaining. If you want something, you have to understand that only you can make it happen, through hard work, determination, and hours of stress :D

 

The main reason people dislike ordo malleus is probably because you guys seem kind of snobby or like kings as some people have said. But, I don't think you guys are trying to act like that it's just the hardcore roleplay makes it feel like that. For example "GREETINGS, WE, THE ORAL MALTEOS, HAVE DECIDED..." <- LOL feels like I'm about to get a sentence in court. I mean it's not any of our business what you say but it's just an impression I get. Nobody actually like hates you guys because of territory or anything(at least I don't think). It would be pretty weird if someone came up to you in real life and went like oh ima beat u up u took detlas from our guild the 360mlg tryhrads, prepare to get rekt. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

 

"Ey everyone, [blahblah guild name] has joined us now. Say congratulations or some shit."
"Yo peeps, there's gunna be a dank event next week or something. Check out this [link].

You don't have to do either mega proper medieval time speak, but you don't have to talk in street slang either.
Think of how you talk to your friends/family.

Off topic, it's just normal, formal language. I don't think anyone here even knows more than five words of Old English (medieval speak, as you call it). I only know two ;(

 

I'm reading Romeo and Juliet in school, so I kinda have to know old english. Only a little bit tho.

Figures, well, just saying, it seems like people want to keep it an inside joke based on what @MagicGum said.

 

Maybe it wasn't the fact that you trained and grinded (that also helped), maybe it was the fact that half of legio became inactive out of boredom and another guild left.
You got a great moral, it's just not the perfect story to portray it.

 

I feel like the alliance is soo big, that every guild is part of it. I think guilds should be in alliances, but tops 5 guilds in an alliance.

 

Think of it as a big circle of friends :)

 

I dislike it because it always auto corrects to "Oreo Mallets"
