Question About Bans

If you got banned due to circumstances that were legitimately beyond your control (eg lag/bad internet/bad computer, account got hacked, etc) and you got unbanned, would that count towards your "one chance only" unban limit? ie, if you were caught hacking after that, would you still get unbanned if the mods felt you deserved it?
This hasn't actually happened, I'm just asking out of curiosity.

 

I believe it would, because it's still cheating, and the account getting hacked vs you hacking, they really can't tell the difference or if one is lieing when they say that they weren't hacking.

 

What if you could somehow prove that it was beyond your control?

 

Not quite sure, Wyn staff follow their rules strictly. It might depend on what the ban was about, like lag or one of the others.
