Help Please Staff W/my Account

So I have asshole siblings that mess with my things.
Is there anyway my username on the forums can be restored and username history removed from my account?

I will need to start logging out of my account after use, but I promise this is a one time issue.

Unfortunately our Web Dev is away right now, I can try to contact one of the Admins to change it for you. But if that is not possible you will have to wait until the time is up to change it yourself.

 

It's my fault for leaving it unsupervised. If no one can handle it, I will wait the time frame, thank you :)

 

I went ahead and just decided to remake the account. If you can; please feel free to simple delete the old account.

You shouldn't make another alt account, doing that is bannable, plus you could of just written the username back to its original form by copying the first name on previous users.

 

What are you trying to say in the end? I honestly do not understand.. "you could of just written the username back to its original form"?
I apologize if this is bannable.. I had no idea. I'd just simply prefer not to be called 'DeleteThisAccPls' which could take up to 90 days.

 

Look at your previous users, copy the old user which should be here


Then copy that name and go into Advanced Options (scroll the the bottom of the page) and press change username and paste the name you copied into there.

And waiting 90 days, is better than getting a perm ban

 

Why would you get banned for having a new account?
Having a forums account does nothing for you in game.

 

Because they don't want you advertising/breaking the rules and still having forum access

 

Having an alt account is against the rules for advertising reasons, unless if you delete your previous account and create a new one, then it wouldn't count has making an alt account (i think).

And it does, say you are need of help, you can go onto the forums and ask for help in-game or with a puzzle

How is that considered advertising?
Also asking for help for an in game puzzle or whatever still doesn't change the fact that I am openly telling staff "Hey please delete my old account since I made a new one due to an error that may not be fixed for quite some time". It's not like I am trying to break rules and it's not as if I am planning on keeping both accounts.

How is it considered advertising? You could make alt accounts and spam threads and posts to go to a server or for other site like idk, a pet site.

And all we are advising you to do is to change your name from the old account back to your orginal name before it was changed and to delete the new account

Keeping both of them for longer is making the situation worse.

Hopefully staffing will be sane enough to understand why I am using a new account and requesting for the old one to be deleted.

Trust me, if they can eventually just change my name back and delete this account, I will be more then happy to do that.

 

I'm fairly sure that alt accounts are usually bannable for if they are using it to advertise (which isn't happening here) or if they're using it to ban evade (which also isn't happening here). I think mini Ren should be fine provided that she doesn't do anything shady on the first account while using the second one.

And waiting 30 days, the limit, is even better.

 

Alt accounts are usually against the rules for different reasons, the two main ones is ban evading and to boost your own popularity with the alt account. CutiePie will not be banned for this.
But there is no reason for this thread to remain open any longer.
