Acquiring Lower Level Items

I wanted to acquire some gear with for example loot bonus. Problem is that I am level 95 and often these equips are in a lower level range. Now I thought I could open loot chests in a lower area (e.g. level 75 equips near Cinfras), but those chest also give items within the 90-100 range now.

My level 50 archer in molten heights does get equips around level 50 from chests, but sometimes also of 90+. I haven't seen this the other way around though. I also recall that equipment drops from monsters are nerfed/disabled at higher levels, as I couldn't get any depressing (and any weapon at all) from the level 1-3 zombies. Also accessories do not drop from monsters anyway, so tier III lootchests are the way to go.

Is there any approach to be able to get those equipment? Making a new account to like 75 just to get some gear seems a bit overkill to me.

 

Killing the mobs around that level is unfortunately your only choice at this moment, or just buying it.
