Damn it took you guys less than 6 hours after the push to find it..

Try throwing Ohm's Wish AND Memento into the grave maybe? It's worth a shot.

 

Selvut said it was possible to find the tomb prior to the map push, I've personally searched that cave myself and didnt find it, and so have many other people.

 

And I was one of them. I literally checked every single block of that cave.

92 pages and it turns out to be in one of the first few places we checked.

 

Selvut clearly said you wouldnt need to sacfrice a legendary to open it.

The tomb was clearly added with the update, since when I looked at my minimap the cave zone was a LOT smaller than it is now. Now it's nearly a hundred blocks longer, with the tomb itself at the very end of the new location.
And with that statement arises one question: where was the tomb before the map push? I mean, there's no point to hiding that information, since we already found the place.

The tomb was in the same place, according to Selvut. The entrance had been blocked off, that's all.

 

It's very possible that teh staff team just got bored with this and moved the tomb to the Hive. There's also a buncha' proof to this theory, as seen below.

But how do you explain the entire absence of tomb before the map push?

And i can help but get suspicious that it was the 1 month anniversary of the thread xD

Thing is, the update probably added some more builds for future quests so its not out of the question that this could be completely irrelevant to gale.

I cant believe we can all rest now... Except.... Ohms lab ;-;

Also, looking at the tomb on screenshots, doesnt look like items will do much- unless theirs a hopper hidden or a sensor command block... We might find a button/plate though so we'll see.

Kinda bummed i wont get on until 8 hours from now ;-;

 

There is hopper under the soul sand, look on other thread related to that, a lot of people of thrown various item on it but nothing happen.

You did not. There was a gap just big enough for a player to slip through, hidden among the cobwebs on the path. The tunnel was meant to be open, but if you cared to notice(apparently not) you could see nametags above the 'main' cave for awhile...?

The grave has always been there...but there have been a few...adjustments, since it was first placed.

At first, the very first room after the blocked passage held the grave. However, it was moved farther upwards later. The fact remains that it has always been in the Hive caverns.

 

can we open the tomb ? it is able to be opened rn or not ?

 

No, the secret door cannot be opened yet. A vital piece of the puzzle remains missing...but keep it in mind.

Also...has anyone noticed that the strange purple path has gone missing?
