-help Needed Aspap- Lvl 70+ Wynn Excavtion D

Hey I need immediate help I am trying to finish the wither boss on wynn excavation site d
and I think its impossible or something?!?!?!?!? for a lvl 70 mage cause his regen is to fast! So can we just talk about what server we wanna meet but if you can't help maybe can you tell me if it is impossible for a solo mage lvl 70 to do if if it is possible may I have some tips from the people who can't help
