Is The Oni Helm Even Obtainable Anymore!!??? (please Answer)

I've spent hours on half moon island killing that death Oni with a loot bonus of 21 (not bad) and I still don't have it.. Was it removed?

 

The Oni Helm is still obtainable, but you have to kill mobs around level 30 to get one. It's a roughly level 30 rare leather helmet, so when you get a rare leather helmet around that level, keep it. It's probably an Oni Helm.

 

The Oni helm is an untradable helmet that is Only dropped by the death oni, its level 35 and i think it comes pre-identified, and its a black dyed helmet

 

It used to be, but it is now obtainable through other means since the Gavel update. The Old Oni helms are different though.

 

What Nub said, you can now get the Oni Helm from any level 30 mob, it's a rare drop, but you can get it. I got one when grinding in Almuj, though only problem is its untradeable, so can't be sold or traded, and it quickly becomes inferior to other helms (atleast for my build).

 

I really hate the fact that all the rare things became easily obtainable again.

 

Never heard of it. What ids? And health bonus?

The oni helm was obtainable by beating the oni low lvl boss on an island behind the lions lair.

I think since that the island was rarely seen and was so interesting, they made it so the loot from it would be droppes by all mobs instead of just a hidden boss

 

I know, but I mean they aren't rare at all anymore..

 

OMFG I SPENT HOURS KILLING THAT STUID BOSS FOR THE HELM!!! (buying unidentifed level 30 helms)

You cant trade untradable items even if unidentified

Yeah, tried to trade unidentified creeper helmet for fun, told me the item was undradable

 

I got it by farming the death oni for about 30 minutes. Loot bonus probably helps.

The helmet is level 30 and has +240 health bonus (the wiki says 2800 lol)
If you're above that level, I wouldn't recommend farming for it.
