I turned down and offer of 20le yesterday because he wouldnt go to 25. Considering it's max mana regen and reflection is high, it's an item commonly wanted for a pvp build due to reflection and regen. So, I guess I'll make an exception to my offers only rule and say 25.

@ Everyone else .... Keep in mind, I'm not desperate to sell this stuff, so I'm not selling you a great item for 1le, as I will get what I want for it. From you reading this to the guy i just found on detlas server 1. I will sell this stuff, in no hurry.
