Spawn Glitch

Before i start please note that i dont trust GitHub and i do not have an account thats why im not reporting it there.
The story:

I was doing the corrupt village Quest when i was doing the parkour and massivly failed, I had 4 soul points at the time (i checked) and I proceed to fall into the lava without a fret. But its when I could not load the chunks I relogged and found my self at the same spot where i died, the lava pit, where i proceed to be burned alive and lose all my stuff O.o. I would like this to be fixed this is the first time this happened but i would not want it to happen again.

PS: Dear mods: if possible i would like to have the stuff back when i died because of this glitch

Sorry, it turns out I was on with one of my friends until 8.

 

I didnt think is was this common, but I dont wanna show a fix for it or Ill might get in trouble for showing people 'how to abuse a glitch'.

If a mod lets me, I can explain everything about this
