Wtf Fruma?

Ok so I know I have made a lot of threads recently, and I promise this one will be the last for now. To the point:

I have seen several threads with info about Fruma that has 0% evidence to support it. I want to go over the three things that pop up the most and explain why they are wrong.

Now I am not saying my views on these topics are the right ones, I am just saying the ones that have popped up are wrong.

Fruma is tainted.

Ok so I don't know how the heck this one even got a foothold. It's died down a bit but still bothers me when people bring it up. So far we have nothing that says anything remotely related to taint. My current position is that Fruma's problem is Desolation because of the seeds in the Realm of Light. Corruption, Darkness, and Desolation. Realm of light in Gavel, Corruption from Wynn's realm, Darkness from Dern, and (I am assuming) Desolation from Fruma's realm?

Fruma is the Province of Tchnology.

Ok, so this one sprung up recently and I have no idea why. The most advanced tech we see is Villager Tech in Gavel, like the Heart Of Llevengar or the Quartron. If ANYTHING it's the opposite. Fruma in old English means Prime. So it could be a real like primal province. In other lanugages is translates to something religious, meaning it would the province that is the home to Bovemists and Anti-Bovemists. It also translates or Origin, referencing the fact that it is the player's origin. But tech? Just no.

The player was exiled from Fruma.

Where do we see this? The player was hired by the king of Ragni. Recruited. No where does it say the player was exiled. This has been around for a bit longer than the tech one. Once again, I don't know why this came up, but has no factual evidence.

So I acknowledge this thread is not the most useful, but I just got really annoyed repeating myself on so many threads. If anyone can explain how these came to be, that would be news to me (ooh it rhymed)

And yet no one mentions the Old English or Yiddish Translations of Fruma :/

In Old English Fruma means "Origin" Coincidently in Yiddish, it means "Pious" or "devoutly religious"
Origin might just be representative of where the player comes from, but it's too closely related with Pious in my opinion, it seems like Fruma is gonna be a province dedicted to a more Religious problem (creation of the world=Origin) than something involved the War of the Realms.



(Like the Battle Frontier in Pokémon games, my theory is that Fruma is the side quest after the main questline is beaten{p.p.s. Fruma would be a filler content province to cement any leftover holes in the lore})

 

The Origin one I forgot to add. The Pious one is the religious one I talk about

 

The only problem with it cementing lore (as of what we have now), Fruma is only mentioned thrice. The player is from Ragni, there's the library in Llevigar, and then Shmmmhmmmhmmh. No one else in all of Wynn or Gavel has a connection with Fruma. Bob, ain't from there, the Twains have nothing to do with it, Qira certainly ain't from it, there's no ties.

People need to stop considering far-fetched theories with no basis facts. If you find any dialogue hinting at Fruma being technologically advanced you can call it 'the province of technology' but you can't call it 'the province of technology' just because that's what you want the province to be.
