How Much Xp In Terms Of "bar" Increments Can I Expect ?

Can anyon tell me from their experience whether it is the "norm" to move up a disappointing 4 tiny xp bars when finishing a Lev62 Taproot quest as a Lev66 Mage.? Im not far above from quest level.

Also my Lev41 warrior completed the L40/41 Ice Nations quest and only levelled a disappointing 5 small xp bars. Is this the normal amounts to expect?

I almost thought my xp reward might have halved because i did quest with one other player whom i shared boss kill with. Does it get halved?

It feels so slow levelling up with quests, even though players (post-Gavel) have said you level up quickly doing quests.

Yes that's the amount you should expect from quests. If you wanna level up quicker find a double XP server when finishing quests. Also quests that require to kill a boss halves only the XP of killing the boss itself but not the quest itself.
