Are Quests Really That Worth It?

So I'm a lvl 50 Archer and have done about 1/6 of all of my quests and I am very lazy to do most of them. the 5/6 of the quests are either 1. Not Even Started 2. Started but not Completed

 

Some give good XP (Can't think of any rn), some give good emeralds (almost anything past lvl 50), some are important to the story (Bob's Lost Soul), some give you bragging rights (???, ToA, Qira Hive), and some will help you out, A LOT (ToL, Reincarnation)

 

Quests are the reason Wynncraft is here!
No one would play just to sit in a space and click all day! Quests are also really good for xp, just so long as the quest you are doing is near the current level of your player! And if there is DoubleXP on, it's double quest xp!

So really, quests give Wynncraft the role play and fun adventures that grinding doesn't have.

 

This has to be a rhetorical question. Please tell me it is... If this is a legit question: should you be playing the game for that matter if you question the point of the game?

 

If you choose not to do quests the alternative is grinding for three hours nonstop to level up once
With quests you can get two levels in half an hour if you work quickly

Quests are fun to play. Granted the old ones are annoying because you have to run across half a country to get to some of the objectives, the post-Gavel ones are pretty fun and the checkpoints aren't that far in between

 

how about all the people that played on wynncraft before the quest update?

Oh.....!!! Just curious, what did players do before quests were implemented? Were there loot chests, dungeons, the nether battles? Just mob killing? Yes, me nuub since Sept 2015.

Before quests, it was much harder to level up. Then again, back then VIPs got double xp.

 

After gavel, quests have been much easier to lvl up from 50-90. It's harder after lvl 90 because there's no quests yet for the 90s so basically you just have to grind the rest of the way which is really boring ;_;
