    It says in the more recent patch notes that he has been nerfed, so I believe you can try and go check it out (I haven't tried yet, so... good luck if you go :D)

    Yes, it has been nerfed. The cooldown for the spell is less and I think the spell itself was reduced. And I think it does less damage too, since it seems a lot easier to kill. But still, don't let it near the lava. Try to make it go into the room at the back or out of the boss room.

    The main pain with the boss is that it flings itself into lava. If that wasn't removed, the boss is still fairly op.
