Weapon Attack Speeds.

    So, the weapons each have a tier of attack speed. normal, fast, very fast etc.
    Suppose you have the highest tier.
    Would wearing a piece of armor that has the ID of "+x attack speed tier" affect that weapon?
    Because it's the highest tier, would it still make it faster?

    No. The cap is Super Fast, you cannot go higher than that.

    If you increase the attack speed it is still worth it considering spells do a lot more damage, hence why a lot of recent mage builds use clock boots, they highly increase the spell damage output. Sadly though you cannot attack faster than "Super Fast"

    Incorrect. Super Fast is the highest attack speed, higher than Very Fast.
