    Are all tier 4 chests like this now? Kinda makes them too obvious...

    That might be true, I got 3 wands, a Snail Mail and some emeralds from that. (I'm a Mage).

    Tier 1 and 2 have the old animation, while tier 3 and 4 have the new ones. The reason is, tier 3/4 are usually much, much better than tier 1/2, so to make them stand out more we did that.
