A bridge built by a king so rich that he took the time to get his mages to petrify wood and shape it into a bridge.

Priorities, man! Why use your wood to petrify your mages when you can use your mages to build a monument to your wood? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

A little more detail on the mountain maybe? I've done landscape paintings (actually my favorite type) but I usually try to put lots of detail in them, even if they aren't the subject of the painting. I feel like they should really pop and be apparent. Idk if that was really clear. I like the "arches", kind of like shinto shrines (shinto right?)
Would love to see where this goes with more detail added!

Well, this was a study where I was much more focused on the bridge - but thanks for the feedback anyway.

Overall, the brush strokes are really quite broad, but there's just the right amount of detail in the right places to make everything fit together.
