I have enabled resource packs for the server but when I join a wyncraft world I do not have the textures can someone help me

If it's not already updated, when you open the launcher before opening the actual minecraft there should be a Line of text on top telling you to update to the newest launcher
Click on it if it isn't already updated

 

my launcher is 1.6.51

Did you delete WynnCraft from your server list then re-adding it?

 

yes I did.

 

Does anyone have an idea why it will not work?

 

Because your launcher is in 1.6 you need to make that 1.8
-Open minecraft and log in
-DONT click play but instead click edit profile
-you can see in which update it is and then you need to click 1.8.6 or just newest version

 

You sure your resource settings are on promt or on enabled? Otherwise I believe that you can download the resourcepack itself and install it like you would do with a normal resourcepack (opions,resourcepack,open resourcepack folder, drag in your resourcepack).
