ok i am just gonna give an example for each of the following questions and i hope someone can answer
    1) if i have a dagger with 330-410 fire damage and 0 natural damage and on top of that i have on the ids +9% melee damage and +27 melee damage , will these stats increase my fire damage , will they add Natural damage to my fire damage or will they do nothing because they only work on natural damage?
    2) i am not quite sure where i saw that but i saw someone saying that the "100%" of a weapon's damage that is calculated in spells is actually your damage per a second , meaning if i can hit 3 times a second with a weapon "100%" on his damage in spells is the damage doubled by 3 or if i can hit 0.5 times per a second than its "100%" spell damage is half of its melee damage
    is it true?
    3) how many times per a second does any of the following attack speeds hit:
    slow
    fast
    and very fast

    thanks

Damage Bonus ID's affect all damage, not just neutral damage. Increase the values by the given percentage, then add in the raw boost to get your total damage.

Spell Damage is also affected by attack speed, yes. Your hits per second is equal to a hidden multiplier; for instance, Normal speed weapons can hit 1.8 times per second, so you get a 1.8x boost(80%).

I believe Slow weapons hit once every 1.4 seconds, but I'm not 100% sure of this. I know Super Slow weapons can hit only 0.5 times per second, meaning spell damage is halved, but I have no idea about Very Slow, Fast, Very Fast, or Super Fast speeds.

Salted said 1.7 for normal, 2.3 for fast, 2.9 for very fast, so I'm assuming that super fast is 3.5

I think melee is first, then elemental. But if not, then they hit at the same time.
