What Is This?

I found an NPC while I was looking for the Llevigar clock is this a quest start because out of all the Quests I have done so far never had him. The NPC is named Electromagic Expert I think

I couldn't get to him

Its in Llevigar in those Towers

 

It's clearly an Electromagic Expert.

 

He's the Electromagic Expert, after you complete the Heart of Llevigar, if you talk to him, he will start rambling about how you stole his job and his emeralds because he lost his keys.

 

its an easter egg , its the electromagic expert they invited in the heart of llevigar , you took his job

 

I thought it would have involved the ??? Quest

 

He basically says that because he lost his keys and was late a human took his job and emeralds. That's it , no quest , no nothing.This has been discovered ages ago aswell. So it's worthy of nicefind.avi
