18% spell damage and above average on other id's preferred for ohm's wish

35% or more thunder defense, 18% spell damage, good thunder damage (I don't know the average currently but I will find it out soon enough) and preferably below -14% earth damage for lightningrod

I know it's pretty specific but hopefully someone gets a great lightningrod, it's just a unique after all
