I might do Bigfoot sometime. I finally made it to Gavel, so I'm seeing a lot of cool mobs I'd like to paint.

Took a little while, but I finally got the reference material I needed. Even so, the picture looks a bit weird. (I suck at painting hair).

These are looking good!

In the Sky Islands, there are several "angels": Angels of Valor, of Battle, of Protection, etc. many fighting one another. I think a picture of them would be pretty cool!

 

They sound interesting. The thing is, I have no idea what they look like in-game, and it will be a while before I get that far in Gavel. Unless I can get some screenshots of them for reference.

Bob and Qira seem a touch too monstrous...Qira in particular. You made her look like a devil of some kind...

I also notice you're not adding in the armor on some of them, such as the Ocean Skeleton and Bob. The skeletons are wearing blue and gold armor, while Bob is in full diamond regalia, yet they're completely bare in the artwork.

 

Yes, you make some good points. Although I try to use the in-game mobs for reference as much as I can, in the case of Bob and Qira, I struggled for a very long time on the design of them. For Qira, the only reference I had was @Sanae F Kochiya's video, and in the end, I just went with my own imagination of what they might look like. As for the armor, I guess I could use the excuse of wanting to emphasize the scars on Bob, or the skeletal Body of the Ocean Skeleton. However, I agree that they would both look much better with armor. In future art, I'll try to stay true to the in-game armor they're wearing at least. Although, I can't make any promises the mob design itself. Thanks for bringing that up though. :)

 

The two big details on Qira that got messed up were the horns and the purple eyes. She does not have horns, and her eyes are pure white in comparison to the rest of her body, which is pure black...but I actually would like to make a request, with this newfound knowledge in mind. A couple of mobs, Hive bosses. The Psychomancer, Genesis-Revorse, and the Solar Vanguard. I can send screenshots/short descriptions of the mob if you want, since it seems you haven't yet gotten to the Hive.

 

Sorry, but I don't like the way you made Qira.
But I like most of the others, this isn't the kind of art I'd favour, but it's cool. (Qira doesn't even look like a woman)
