Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Like Vesius, I watch the dragon and Reflet, though of course I'm not worried by it.

 

OCC: Oh okay... Gods.

The dragon roars and moves his wing to reveal an arrow latched into his skin. The arrow has some how pierced it's hide, leaving a mess of golden blood.

 

I run forward.
"Yep, that's a problem."

I step back, turn around, and yell, "IHRAAA!!! STOP FOOLING AROUND AND GET OVER HERE!"

I try to get a closer look.

 

Yhrey looks at you curiously as you approach, his blue eyes glaze with pain. The arrow cut through deep, and what you can see of it is coated in a dark liquid.
"Not him..." I murmur.

 

I approach closer if I can.
"Hey... You'll make it... I just need to know what to tell Ihra..."
I'm nervous.

Pink flashes close in on our location in the distance.

 

"What's so bad about-"
*Click*
"Fire. Right?"

 

You hear Vesius yell in the distance.
"Aww, I gotta help them. I'll run away if I make it."
She starts blinking away, leaving pink flashes as she goes.

 

I start running after Ihra.

 

Yhrey reluctantly growls something.
"Yhrey says a hooded figure shot at him. Yhrey was with another dragon at the time... The other dragon stalled the figure, allowing Yhrey to escape." I burst into flames for a split second. "And the other dragon died."

 

The only thing between you and Ihra is a ton of distance.

(Delayed response)

The pink flash subsides, revealing Ihra who walks up to Yhrey, disregarding the fact neither knows the other. Her hood's on, blocking her vision a bit.
"Ooh, real dragon! What's wrong..."
"Arrow, I suspect Nyre."
"Got it. Just let me look at this..."
She gets right up next to Yhrey and examines the arrow.

 

"Goddamn magic."
I say as I'm running, following the pink flashes.
"What am I getting myself into?"

 

"I don't know how you travel, if it's by flying or whatever, but give me a bit to work, and in no time we won't be exactly going "slow" "

OOC: I'm sure she can travel pretty fast, but we would end up going faster than a horse at full gallop

 

"Depends on the time of day. Err, night. Anyhow, take your time. I think I broke something."
She sits down on the ground, immediately checking her wrists.

 

I go behind a rock, Sparky fallows. I start trinkering. Metal clanging, fire melting, and gears churning can be heard

 

You also hear humming energy and grinding metal.

As well as a groan.

 

I continue working?

 

"That's a good question."
Another draconian swoops in front of you.
"Any guesses?" It grins.

After a few moments, she goes silent.
Maybe it's best to just keep working...?

 

I am about half way done at this point, but I am curious.

"Sparky, see what's going on with her. I don't want to waste metal making a horse for a creature that's already dead".

Sparky around the rock I am behind too look at her. I loose sight of him.

 

Sparky returns with Xephyr following.
"Then don't make one for me. I told you, I'll be fine. I can get around, especially at night."

 

"That's fine I guess? I screwed up anyway. Lets get a move on!"

I mount my horse-motorcycle. Sparky jumps on behind me

"You can mount or do it your way. But if you ain't gonna mount, I request you destroy the second horse-cycle, so no one can steal it. Anyway, where are we headed to?"
