He is a banker and typically would be wealthy. The assassin maybe wanted to use a loot bonus dagger to get more money?

 

WOAH THERE, I don't know if this has already been found, too lazy to read, but the Old Mage said he was having tea with the Item Buyer at around 10:30PM! However, the Item Buyer said he heard shouting and fighting outside at 10:29PM! If the Old Mage was having tea with the Item Buyer, and the Item Buyer heard fighting sounds then looked outside when all the sounds stopped, which means the Old Mage should have been alerted too! What do you have to say for yourselves, Old Mage and Item Buyer!

I was playing chess with @FireDrag0nSlayer at his house at the time! I entered the area at around 10:25PM and exited at around 10:50PM! When I stepped out, I saw a shadowy figure holding something like a dagger standing beside the Banker's corpse! I swear, it wasn't me!

No way! I saw @King Zahr'ghûl playing with his Necromancer magic! He had about 200 corpses! I was just dual wielding flamethrowers in a field and blowing *bleep* UP!

 

one cant even perform experiments on rats? No idea how u saw them as other types of corpses, go buy some glasses
