Well I would never sell it for less then 10 LE so why would i make a lower one and also 10 LE is not that much.

its because there are coming more and more high level people that want to buy white horses but the amount of white horses isnt rising as quick. so the amount of people that want a white horse is rising quicker then the amount of white horses. which makes the prices go up. i bought my 40/40 white horse 1 and a half years ago and it cost me 40 le. now i could sell it for 128 LE or more.

well on sessions i actually saw alot of people offering 120 LE for full stat white horses

 

Nah, around your time you bought it for 40 LE moreso for the reason you could buy black horses for 1 LE at a merchant which made getting a white horse a lot easier.

And there hasn't been anything like that for a long time on forums, go find an over payer ingame

 

im not trying to find overpayers. there are people asking for white horses that pay these kind of prices.
