Lost Quest Item Glitch: Can't Get Underwater Helmet Back

    I was doing the "Underwater (p.2)" Quest and as I was wearing the water helmet I pressed "Q" on it and it completely dissapeared. I want to be able to get it back or restart the quest. Thanks.
