SPOILER Alkevo Glitch?

So me and my friend are trying to do ToA and we madeit to the boss of the 6th floor. But every time he spawns in 3 sec he goes into "suicide" mode and we cant kill him is there another way of killing him, do we have to do something different or is this a glitch?

 

This isn't a glitch, you just have to make him not run into the wall and suicide
They're the worst goddamn types of enemies ever
Try to knock them back from running into a wall or you before they explode or just stay far away so it doesn't trigger their suicide

 

Don't be near him. I've had this problem with a few friends but we solved it with spamming ice snakes and war screaming him. C:

Actually it is a glitch that it runs into the wall that fast, the mob's ability activates too fast.

To the OP: After a while a non glitched one should spawn, if not, then join a new world.

 

THIS IS A TRICK TO BYPASS THIS! WHEN U SPAWN IN THE ROOM STAY AFK FOR 20 SEC den start attacking! he will explode after a while though!

 

Steps on how to be able to kill Alkevo:
1. Let him spawn.
2. Avoid him, don't make him agro on you YET. (I suggest you stay at the far back of the room)
3. Wait. Let him move arournd. before he gets slaughtered
4. once he's done enjoying his last moments... Kill him.
5. Don't die or you'll have to repeat the process.
