Items Not Dropping After Death Glitch?

Earlier today, I died and lost my soul points, so I went to see if my items were still where I died. It took me no time at all to get there, however, upon getting there my items where gone. There was no players around to take my Items and even if there was, I got there so fast that I would've seen it. Can someone help me, please?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure the staff will tell you about the no-refund policy. Sorry but I don't think you'll get your items back.

Even if you lost them to a glitch. Many, many people have lost items to glitches, and there is no refunding them. When Wynn first came out, there was a policy to refund lost items, but it rapidly got abused. So, now, we all have the same thing to deal with - no refunds, no way, no how. It applies to admins, too, who are in-game and playing the game.

And I'm sure this is not a glitch, I've tested it pre-Gavel.

 

Unfortunately (like everyone else has said) there's no way to get your items back, unless other players are willing to help you.
The best advice any of us can give you is to not go places if you have < 3 soul points. Just wait for them to regenerate. Then go do stuff.

 

they aren't darude, if you did get your items back for free sooooooo many people would abuse it. They can't tell if your telling the truth or not

 

The only time we refunded was when there was a mass bank deletion glitch. Even then there had to be some sort of proof.

But we do not give refunds because there is no way of proving you had the item. The mods don't have power to give items to players and the Admins wouldn't do it because of not wanting to/if you give a refund to one person then you'd have to give it to all. There is also the abuse factor, and dying is a part of the game. If you die while you have less than 3 soul points that is your own fault, there is even a warning about it. Yes it is expected that your items would be there, but that is just Minecraft and we can't fix Minecraft's problems.
