Can Someone Help Me Kill The Cow For The Tol Quest Please?

I really need help completing the Temple of Legends quest. I'm a level 71 archer using Olux's Prized Bow. I'm able to get the CoW out of aggro rage and use long-ranged spells on it, but it keeps regenerating health after a little while :/ Can someone help please? Thank you so much!

 

first of all, get a better bow like Maelstorm

second of all, umm..... eh.... um... idk just 360 no scop him

 

You can kill CoW using your arrow shield spell, I tried it using the same bow as level 70

 

in how?

 

He has Air weakness, and AS does some Air damage.
