Yee but its still good. Crystal and blue mask (both old endgame) are still viable in the level 100 endgame just because of their stats. Also pretty sure it can get 3-4/4 regen, over 50% reflection, and has relatively good hp and walk speed to boot.

 

Crystal are still good endgame, for accesorcys use
suppresion for the ring, and royal stormy amulets for the amulet and for the braclet you can use tide for mana regen

Side note: Anything above 19/4s is redundant, since players naturally regen 1 mana / second, it would mean you can gain 20 ( 19 + 1 ) mana instead of the 1 mana every 4 seconds, essentially meaning you can instantly regenerate 20 units of mana :)

Tip: If you have at least 100 Intelligence and 12/4s Mana Regen, you can alternate between Ice Snake and Meteor at 1 second intervals and have your mana regen faster than you can cast spells, granting you limitless mana >:D

Well you can go for a Rewind, it can have up to 4/4s Mana Regen.

With 100+ Int and 14/4s Mana Regen you can spam Multihit with Spin Attack infinitely :)

No. You might still need higher Mana Regen for recovering from spamming the same spell (which builds up mana cost over time). The reason that you can alternate between Spin Attack and Multihit infinitely is because alternating between 2 spells does not build up additional mana cost.

Higher Mana Regen also lets you recover quicker from a fight right after sprinting.

Furthermore you only need 19/4s Mana Regen, since you gain 1 mana each second anyway.

 

19 mana per 4 seconds is 4,75 mana per second, adding the additional mana regen would take you to 5,75 mana regen per second... you need MORE THAN THAT xD.

"But whe are looking over 4 seconds", yeah ok. You say 4 seconds... And you also say that you regen 1 mana each second anyway...
SO you only need 16 mana regen per 4 seconds, since there are 4 seconds in 4 seconds, and your base regen is 1 per second, what means it is 4 in 4 seconds. 16+4 = 20 :)

But you don't naturally regenerate mana while you are casting spells/sprinting, so you need to take account for when you deplete 100% of your mana.
