Forge Can't Join

    Im using forge 1.8.9 with optifine and minimap, i can't join wynn, but i can join everything else

    it's either Timed Out, or Disconnected (My internet is working fine)

    Timed out or disconnected has nothing to do with the modpack, it's definitely something wrong with the connection between you two, might be an error with the new code or might be your end. Try switching Wynns ip around.

    Forge users currently can't join, try joining without forge (it's a current problem, it'll be fixed on the future). Unfortunately that means for the moment you won't have the minimap, but you can still have optifine without forge.

    edit: I just tried joining with forge and indeed I can't, but without it I can.

    Actually, it is the mod pack, I had the same problem. I got rid of it, and it worked

    Simply download the normal optifine file from the website, afterwards (rather than placing it on the mods folder) you click on the optifine file, and it'll create a profile with optifine. If you don't like the new profile it created you can just delete it, because it has also installed an optifine version, you can choose it for your current profile in the "use version" on "edit profile", it'll be called something like "release 1.8 optifine HD bla bla bla"

    As Naraka00 said, you can just download the installer from the optifine website. When you run it, it will create an optifine profile - no forge required.

    As for the Minimap issue, try Zan's Voxelmap, which requires LiteLoader instead of Forge (the 'development' version for 1.8+ works fine)...
