Average according to the dropbox is 30, so 33 is positive 10% indicator. I believe max is 39, but the other one that was sold strangely had 40 (which I'm assuming is as good as it gets). Its still above average and 7 above max weathered

Lot of items are level 69 tho. Level really doesn't matter with mythics, they are endgame regardless :P. Acpocalypse is lower level than guardian, but that doesn't necessarily make it worse. Pure is the lowest level mythic wand and its one of the best wands, and the icing on the cake for spell damage builds

yea but its not the case with this one , weathered is basically a better version of this dagger
alltho it is gonna be really useful for like 20 or more lvls after the minimum lvl its for so i guess its fine
