Is There Anywhere I Can Get The Resource Pack Manually?

    Just curious about this as I want to know how the non-villager (the elves and the human npcs wandering around) were done since I find it really cool.

    They weren't done by the resource pack at all... all they do (I think) is get a player type NPC, change its skin and voila, you got yourself a player mob (I probably missed a lot of things).

    There are plugins to make Human-type characters, called NPCs. Jumla (or somebody) coded a plugin to change some of the villagers to humans.
