    None have been found yet, so it is assumed that none exist. I also think that staff said there are no Mythic Armours, but I have not been paying attention to Mythics.

    no, and thank goodness. it's hard enough finding one mythic item for your build. could you imagine having to find five? (or nine(!) if there were mythic accessories too!)
