1. We have no date for the start of the Decay (unless you have any evidence), and remember that the Decay has only taken a third of a forest so it probably didn't start 1000 years ago (more likely 50-100 years ago because in Taproot/the start of the Decay some buildings were still being created).

2. The Corruption has existed since the creation of the realms (a bit later since the realms need to spread and then collide) however the war of Corruption (when the monsters of the Corruption were disturbed) went on for 100 years. Excactly a hundred years (Grian, why so many Avatar references?). Furthermore, there is a time jump in the Gavel Expansion of 1-3 years (more on that some other time) so it isn't exact (e.g. Detlas Barracks, Airships).

Dern was a province but it got destroyed so the in game lore doesn't recognize it as a province but as a "far off land" the far off land is in quotations because it isn't really far away, it's actually behind the mountains surrounding Almuj.

 

Sorry it's hard to actually care about you telling me the DIFFERENCE between Darkness and Decay when you don't know the DIFFERENCE between DIFFERENSE and DIFFERENCE. Also the darkness is the fucking decay in Gavel. You claimed that the Darkness took over Dern, well guess what? that is the same fucking darkness in Gavel. I would also like to mention that either A) Your source is outdated. B) Your source is wrong. Or C) The fucking dev team dun fucked up real good. In Aldorei's secret part II, (which is newer and more updated) Togak says that "The portal, which opened 1000 years ago, about the same time Gavel began to decay" You know what that tells me? The portal opened 1000 years ago allowing for the realms of dark and light to come into the world, and even Ragni's Mail states that it was a 1000 years ago. The wiki has made it clear that it is un-updated or wrong. Fuck stop making me use my brain, it's the weekend.

Just because an argument breaks out over Decay and the timeline doesn't mean his theory is broken.

This is a theory about Bob.

 

And even if the corruption is older. We did not know about the decay till we came to Gavel. And that has also been around for 1000 years. SO its safe to assume Bob's mom did not know about the corruption

 

Theories are like heart surgeries, one flaw can be fatal. I proofed 1 major part in your theory to be false. You claimed that he was trained to go to Dern and slay the beast that had corrupted the land. Well Bob was meant to be in Wynn, his mother came here and expected him to be trained among the 4 masters. So now we know that he was destined to be the hero of Wynn, not Dern.

 

You dont explain how he was "meant to be in Wynn". So far we have only tlaked about what the decay is and when the corruption started.

And you never actually contradict my theory of Bob being dernic.

 

1) you haven't proven he is meant to save dern. Dern is already destroyed and in ruins so there is nothing to save.
2) you never proved he was dernic. It was an assumption made on skin color only.

 

It also means "Pious" in Yiddish, Which leads me to believe Fruma is gonna be the Province that adds religion to the Wynncraft Plot.

 

Ok then.

1) Take back a province rules by darkness. He might have not been able to stop the darkness form taking the province, but he can try to take it back

2) Only skin color? How about his mom? The daggers he uses? The fact he might have originally been the one to have the AGs? Why and where he left to when he died? All of that stuff?

Well it is evident that he is meant for Wynn, due to his masters. He was sent on a quests with the daggers to meet all 4 masters, and I think it's a little obvious that his mom wanted him to meet the 4. If it were the case that she wanted him to go back to Dern, then she would've probably instructed the 4 masters to send him there. But that didn't happen, Bob all his life had only temporary parents/guardians, they all told him what to do and where to go, and he did as they said. If he, as you say he was, meant for Dern, then he probably would've been there earlier.
